Teaching children colours can be a challenging task, throughout my years of teaching, I always found the easiest way to teach children colours was by first starting with the primary colours (Red, Blue & Yellow) then I went on to the Secondary Colours (Purple, Orange & Green). I also found that doing more hands-on activities such as the one in the video helped young children to grasp the concepts in most of the areas for learning colours.

We end the lesson with a fun storytime, it's never too early for a Christmas story, right?
